"History of Eau Claire County Wisconsin, 1914, Past and Present" Chapter 7 - Townships by Frank L. Clark Drammen Township (-As transcribed from page 41) Drammen Township is identical in size and shape with a township of government survey. It is bounded on the north by the town of Brunswick, on the south by Buffalo county, on the east by the town of Pleasant Valley, and on the west by Pepin county. In 1873 this town was set off from Brunswick under the name of Lant, which was afterwards changed to its present name of Drammen. The water supply is furnished by Rock and Hoyt's creeks and their tributaries. Its population for 1910 was 869. |
