There have been numerous histories written about Eau Claire Co. Wisconsin over the years. A few of these histories have been written and submitted by contributors. Other histories are in the form of old, out-of-print books, while other histories that have been (or will be) added here are from more current copyrighted materials that we have obtained permission to use. Some written histories contain great detail, others are quite sketchy. Many of these histories contain very useful biographical materials. We have access to a number of these written histories and will attempt to put them online for you to search and seek info from for yourself.
